Advanced Fitness Overview

The advanced fitness exercises are demonstrated by Daizha Lee. Daizha is a fitness trainer with a military background and has a passion for fitness and mental improvement.

Many of the exercises are designed to be performed in a gym setting. Equiptment such as barbells, dumbells, bench and kettlebells are required to adequatly perform the exercises. Always stretch to warmup the muscles before exercising.
